Choose design-and-build if you do not yet have plans and want one company responsible for design and construction. Choose build-only if you already have complete or approved plans from your own architect. Abante Builders offers both.
Design & Build
One contract covers consultation, architectural design, engineering coordination, costing, construction and turnover. Design can be checked against cost and buildability early.
Build-Only
You supply the plans; the contractor costs and builds them. You keep your own architect, and the contractor coordinates with them on clarifications.
