Every Abante Builders project follows nine steps: consultation, project requirements, design and planning, costing and proposal, contract and preconstruction, construction, progress monitoring, quality inspection, and turnover.

We document spaces, specifications and constraints.

Design & Planning
Architectural design and engineering coordination (design-and-build).

Costing & Proposal
We prepare a cost estimate and proposal based on the agreed scope.

Contract & Preconstruction
Contract signing, schedule, permits where in scope, mobilisation.

Construction
Work executed under an assigned Abante project engineer.

Progress Monitoring
Site inspections, documentation and progress reports to the owner.

Quality Inspection
Work checked against approved plans before turnover.

Turnover
Final walkthrough and handover of the completed project.
During construction
Our project engineers perform regular site inspections, document ongoing work, and coordinate construction against approved plans and schedules. Owners receive progress updates throughout construction.
